One service station has been set up every 500 kilometers in the domestic important port cities. Overseas service stations will be set up one by one as the number of our overseas customer increases continuously. Finally, our service system will be globalized. Our service commitments are as follows:
1. The technicians will arrive at the service site within 24 hours after receipt of inquiry from customers within a radius of 150 kilometers to the service station. For customers outside a radius of 150 kilometers to the service station, we guarantee a reply to the inquiry within 24 hours.
2. Consultation about the operation, technology and quality of the diesel engine will be replied at any time by the service hotline of 0086-20-81583791.
3. The original spare parts will be supplied to the customers promptly.
To better serve the local customers in different regions of the world, we warmly welcome qualified and experienced local companies to join us and become our distributors. We will sign a cooperation contract with our distributors, offer product knowledge training to their professional technical personnel and marketing personnel, and co-found outlet stores for the provision of services to local customers.
1. Distributors may either act alone on behalf of GDF or assist GDF in the exploration of local market, providing local customers with pre-sales technical support, purchasing guide, after-sales service and supply of original parts.
2. Our distributors need to have many years of experience and good records in sales of marine equipment and land use power plant equipment, with qualified technical professionals and marketing staff in the field.
